Compare to the general derma roller with diameter 0.35mm, the new 360 finer roller is made by rectangular pyramid needles with diameter 0.2mm, tip sharp between 0.01mm-0.02mm

With the new needles manufacture technology, the surface of the needle is much more smooth than the general types, they will through the skin quickly and easily, which also with help decrease the pain feelings during the process.

The finer roller micro needles are rectangular pyramid needles with new technology 0.2mm diameter stainless steel with HV 490-530, that during the skin puncture process, creates micro and finer wound that seals within minutes after the treatment. What’s more, the highest HV ensure the needles hard enough during the thousands treatments without curved tip and blunt tip; which will not damage and leave the micro metal filing into skin.

Because of the finer needles 0.2mm, the blood exudation will be less during the puncture process, more when the finer needles slice through tissues without risk causing traumatic skin, vessel and nerve damage.

Comfortable treatment process

Based on the 33G-0.2mm needles design, when the needles penetrate into skin during the process, the finer diameter will through the skin quickly with less pressure, however,

General needles need much more pressure from the operator to penetrate into the skin.

Innovative wave design roller drum design

The roller drum is with wave design, all the needles though the wave crest without the gap, so during the penetration process, the drum will not contact and press the skin, only leave the needles into skin, which also help reduce the pressure on skin and the pain feeling.

The another benefit of the wave design is all the liquid or serum will trough the valley , leave them on skin without push to the sides, this can help skin absorb effectively.

The handle is designed with special curve, to ensure the operator hold comfortably, the sides and bottom silicone increases the contact friction. More, giving the different sizes of operator palm, the handle designed with three different grip ways.

All the products are sterilized by EO Gas according to ISO13485, the sterile package is with bobble box and Tyvek paper, to meet the sterile demands according to ISO11135.
