Buckwheat Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 cup organic grain buckwheat flour, 1 tablespoon. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, ¼ tsp. salt, 1¼ cups milk, 1 large egg, beaten.
practice:
1 In a bowl whisk together the buckwheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2 Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients and stir until the batter is thick and smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 5 minutes before cooking.
3 Using a tablespoon, pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet and cook until air bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients:
½ cup buckwheat flour
¼ cup cane sugar
¼ cup white almond flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup almond milk
½ cup chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, cane sugar, almond flour, and baking soda and mix well.
In another bowl, combine butter and almond milk; stir into dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Cook in barely ¼ cup hot frying pan until golden brown.

Buckwheat Bread
Ingredients:
½ cup almond milk or water
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Anthony buckwheat flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ tsp salt

In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk and olive oil.
