Butterfly cone fan applies for ventilation and cooling in poultry and livestock houses. It is
designed according to aerodynamics. Double front door (butterfly kit) design realizes nice sealing effect, small
wind resistance and top overall performance. This design reduces power consumption by 12-15% compared with
the conventional shutter design, and it is much more easier and convenient to clean up. The motor is installed in
the left corner of the top of fan, which not only avoid wind resistance, and the motor is also more firmly fixed to
the frame with the help of motor base. The cone sheet is connected by insert pieces, saving the trouble of bolts and
nuts fixation. The fan is always fixed at the opening of walls, it accelerates the air flow rate so as to achieve nice
ventilation and cooling effect.

The advantages of butterfly cone fan:

 When the butterfly cone fan is running, the butterfly sheet would open under strong wind force. This lower the 

wind resistance and provides the best fan performance; when the motor stops, the butterfly kitwould close under 

the force of spring. The butterfly sheet closely fits to the supporting ring, which serves a nice sealing effect.
 Stable performance, and the fan has the advantages of small vibration, lower noise and consistent wind flow.
 The belt automatic tensioning device improves the transmission efficiency and prolongs the belt service life.

Performance of the main parts:

 Frame: hot galvanized sheet, the zinc layer is 275g/㎡, mould shaping technology. Aluminum-zinc
coating frame is also for your option.
 Belt: imported from Japan, not inclined to deformation and has a long service life.
 Blades: German Krupp mirror stainless steel blade, press molding technology, nice looking and durable,
resistant to deformation and fracture. Patented blade angle provides stable performance, small vibration,
lower noise and consistent wind flow.
 Big belt pulley and aluminum flange are both press formed by high intensity magnesium-aluminum

The ventilation fans in chicken farm can be use different type, like box fan, centrifuge fan, push-pull fan, batterfly cone fans, the air volume and size , and motor power are difference , according to chicken house status, different temperature, and weather conditions, different type of fans can be used. The fans working result in chicken house is direct on the chicken growing. If for broilers, the time life of it different according to clients locally market request, some broiler even only raise about 36 days will sent it to poultry processing plant, poultry processing line . The dead chicken can be fired by incinerator at farm direct or sent it to rendering plant  , rendering equipment , becomes chicken meat meal by batch cooker cooking. 

The breeder house is for the purpose of getting fertilized eggs for hatchery, after hatching get chicks for broiler or layer house
